Southern Group
IMCA's Southern Network is the Institute's first regional chapter.
The key objectives and challenges for the Southern Region are:
- Increasing the recognition and value of the Institute amongst management consultants, business advisers and corporate Ireland in Munster;
- Developing relationships with more organisations and industry in Munster where they have not yet established their credentials; and
- Providing networking opportunities for their members and potential members by delivering creative workshops and informal gatherings.
They will meet these objectives by;
- Developing links with industry to ascertain their key requirements from management consultants and business advisers.
- Ensuring their events cater for the needs of existing and potential new members.
- Liaising with existing members to profile existing work conducted by members and identify areas for growth.
