Food for Thought - Discussion Forum after AGM
Donnybrook Fair, Morehampton Road, D4, Thursday June 17th 2010This year's AGM, held on June 17th 6:30 pm, was followed by a members’ discussion forum over dinner on the theme of the radical change faced by public and private sector organisations in Ireland, and how the consultancy profession can contribute most effectively to this.
Gary Joyce and Eddie Molloy spoke at the dinner along the lines their well received articles in The Irish Times – Gary’s in the Renewing the Republic series around core values and the need for the political system to provide leadership, and Eddie’s powerful opinion pieces on the role of the Department of Finance in the economic and financial management of the State. The talks were followed by a lively open discussion.
