This page introduces the detailed procedures, forms and other resources used for CMC applications, assessments, monitoring and management. For a more generalised description of CMC, see the Introduction to CMC.

A summary of procedures and supporting forms, guidelines, etc is provided in IM-P00 and a summary of IMCA’s overall membership procedures in IM-P01.
Procedures to guide applications are set out for Individuals in IM-P02, for Accredited Consulting Practices in IM-P03 amd for Registered Consulting Practices in IM-P04. The Institute’s disciplinary procedures are st out in IM-P05.
These procedures are supported by a number of codes, frameworks and guidelines, i.e.:
- The Code of Professional Conduct IM-F01;
- The Competency Framework IM-F02; and
- The Ethical Guidelines IM-F03.
The application process utilises a number of forms:
- IM-F04 for Members, IM-F06 for Associates, IM-F15 for Affilliates, IM-F16 for Registered Cosulting Practices, IM-F17 for Accredited Consulting Practices and IM-F18 for Experienced Members;
- A Client Reference Questionnaire IM-F05;
- A Membership Application Summary IM-F08 and a Competency Rating Sheet IM-F13;
- A Membership Award Letter IM-F09; and
- An Accredited Practice Application Summary IM-F14
The annual affirmation process utilises the following forms:
- Annual Affirmation Letters and Forms - IM-F10 for Members and IM-F12 for Accredited Practices; and
- A CPD Log IM-F11 for Members.
