The Independent Consultants and Advisors Group (ICAG) is a network of professional and experienced management consultants and business advisors within the IMCA.
Our members include consultants who are leading their own small practice and business advisors in roles within organisations.
Our expertise crosses all business sectors and our members are engaged in private practice and public sector organisations.
Forthcoming Event: Critical Conversations in Consultancy
You are invited to a discussion on Critical Conversations in Consultancy with Shane Twomey, HR Dynamics on Wednesday 22nd February. You know that feeling when the conversation just isn’t going the way you expected but you aren’t sure why. During this session Shane will focus on critical conversations with clients: What can go wrong and being alert to making it right. What does the Communication Style Index mean for you? How can you use it to improve engagement with prospective and established clients?
This will be an interactive session and a great opportunity to gain some personal insights, enhance your skills and catch up with your colleagues!
This event is free to ICAG members and costs €10 for others.
